First offense:
You will be jailed for no less than 10 consecutive days and fined not less than $1,250.
You will also be required to undergo alcohol screening/education/treatment program
Your vehicle has to be equip with a certified ignition interlock device for 1 to 3 years.
You will be ordered to perform 90 days of community service.
You will have to spend upwards of $10,000 for a lawyer.
